It was incidental contact as they were both going for the ball.

It was more on the follow through after the MSU player had already knocked the ball back. I thought it could have been an over the back foul but the hit to face was definitely incidental.

I believe that goes to Jacob and Kofi! Without their play today it would've been another Rutgers. It's easy to focus on the last hero shot to seal the deal. However, if not for the heroic effort by Grandison and Cockburn, whom at one point had scored as much as the entire MSU team... we'd never been in position. Thankful for the game sealer, but most the praise should go to those two guys! Great team win, but the heroes in my book are those two! I-L-L baby 🔶🔷💯 💪🏾 🔥 ROADKILL!!!
Team effort, absolutely and we don't win without Kofi and Grandison huge numbers. Trent's D, ball handling, 5 assists, 3 rebounds, zero TO's, 12 points with clutch FT's and baskets at the end of the game ... pretty tough. Three big stars today.

Well the difference the way I saw it was that Hall fell down and started sucking his thumb, pouting that Hawk took his blanky away. And the Ref was right on it too. A fabulous no call.

Oh btw, thanks for your service Arrow 7. I don't get weepy very often, except after a close Illini loss, but I weep for you guys every time I think about the pullout...
I crash and burned this party, I will not do that again. But while I am on it feel only bad for the people of that country .......and the donkeys

The CoHawk bullet pass from underneath the bucket to the left elbow for 3 was so sweet. He really played well and within himself the last couple games. He is so capable of the spectacular when he does not press, and just lets the game come to him. He definitely has all the physical tools to be special for us.

Regardless of the W, these Big10 refs never fail to surprise me with their ineptitude. That was an absolute clown show to both sides. The mid-play stoppage while Curbelo was down made no sense, the foul on Jake (which took place well before the shot) while the 3 point shot went down for an additional 1-1(a 5 point swing opportunity, are you kidding?) was brutal, and the 3 second call was perplexing.
Agree, pretty bad stuff. You might have seen the pregame show at Arizona with Jay Bilas, Seth Greenberg, etc. It is recognized that things have gotten out of hand, and that they are letting a lot go. Personally, I feel the more you try to keep fixing things through a governing administration, the more the refs become handcuffed ... and ultimately rebel. That leads to inconsistency. No easy fix.

It's nice to see Grandy hitting from sides too, not just top of key.
His shooting form looked SO much better today than I have probably seen it. It was much much smoother… Looked more fluid going from triple threat to his release point. It seemed liked he was starting the ball a little higher than usual…which is a good thing at this level. It even seemed like his release was a little quicker. But that might of been partially because it was looking smoother and less herky-jerky.

Obviously, form was better…therefore he ends up shooting better. Funny how that works out. lol. (His improved effort, confidence and determination didn’t hurt anything either.)

The block on Hall is top 10 worthy....................

He was trashing the refs for letting the game run after Coleman stuffed Hall and broke him and stopping play when Curbelo got clocked
It's a valid point ... unless I'm missing something. The refs were just plain bad for both sides. That leads to make-up calls.

The way Kofi plays is the way I always felt Shaun Pruitt should have been able to play but never did.
Big difference in size between Pruitt and Kofi. Alsi helueve the coaching/player development much better under BU than the ladt two coaches.
