It's kinda remarkable how much faster African-American representation is growing among heads of NFL front offices than among head coaches. I never would have expected that 10 years ago.

To me that points even more strongly at what the issue is on the head coaching side. It's Sean McVay. The NFL is a copycat league, there is a bottomless well of "seems kinda Sean McVay-ish" guys, and none of them are black.

Phil Rogers, a reporter for NBC 5 in Chicago, traveled out to L.A. to see what Bears can learn from SoFi Stadium as it relates to Arlington Heights site. A portion of his piece is shown in this video:

The Bears need a completely new defensive line. Wonder if that’s possible in one off-season.

I've heard Daron Payne of the Commanders mentioned as a possible FA signing if Payne decides to not re-sign with Washington.

They've got A LOT of needs that they can at least partially rebuild in an off-season. They need to revamp the front 7 on defense (aside from Sanborn who probably plays the Sam linebacker next season). They need to rebuild the o-line and the WR corps as well.

Giants have officially clinched a playoff spot with their win over the Colts.

Commanders losing to Browns opens door for Detroit, Seattle, and Green Bay to get in. Lions would need to win at Green Bay and have Seattle either lose today or next week vs. the Rams.

Washington and New Orleans are eliminated with Green Bay win.

What Minnesota losing does is open the door for San Francisco to have a shot at the #1 seed in the NFC now if the Niners can beat Vegas. If that happens, then San Francisco would have the conference record advantage (currently at 9-2) over Philadelphia (8-3) and Minnesota (about to be 7-4) if they end up tied with either one of those teams.
