What are the odds Michigan misses NCAA and gets NIT with another close loss? So many close losses this season and it brings so much joy to see them finish at 17-14. I just can’t stand them. Weird right?

I don't know if Epps will be back for the B10 tourney, but we need him back for the NCAA tourney. Got to have a real PG
Yep do not want to the only option to be Cohawk and Ty. Would be really big if we can get Epps back. Gives us alot more looks we can run offensively.

Cohawk and Ty? I'd rather have TSJ there. Though none of the three is even close to a legitimate PG.

The RAC is a dump. The scoreboard is smoking and play has been stopped.
Yep I was there during my daughter's registration at Rutgers 10 years ago.
It was not especially impressive even if they were in a lesser conference
Now it's just 10 years older. Hasn't improved with age.

Very weird and unbelievable season in the BIG Ten. I doubt anyone believed we would lose 9 games in the conference. I thought we would lose maybe 6 or 7, but 9 losses was a disappointment for me. We had some really good wins but played truly inconsistent in most games due to high TO's and poor 3 point shooting. I hope we win a few games in the tournament, but not expecting us to win the BTT.

If Michigan beats Rutgers on Thursday morning, I would have to think that Rutgers might be on the wrong side of the bubble given their late season collapse.

I think Wisconsin is in with wins against Ohio State and Iowa. Loss to OSU, then they are out for sure. Likely out if they best OSU and lose to Iowa.

Penn State is interesting case. If Illini beat PSU, they will sweat bullets, but may still hold onto last 4 in (but I doubt it given bid thiefs, etc.). I think one win is enough for them, but I will be rooting hard against this for obvious reasons.

I think Michigan might make last 4 in with wins over Rutgers and Purdue unless there are some bid thiefs. I think they are in last 4 byes with appearance in finals.

Maryland should be safe, but they would want to avoid losing to Nebraska/MN.

The remaining B1G teams at large are safe to make tourney (Purdue, IU, NW, Mich St, Iowa, Illini)

What does everyone think we need to do to get a 6 seed? IMO we're going to have to win the BTT. Or make it to the championship but need a bunch of teams seeded in front of us lose.

Rutgers is safely in IMO. At worst they are a first four team.

Our 2-10 Q-1 record will not help us. 7 if we make it to BTT championship. Otherwise an 8 or 9 ugh.

I think the committee will look at it with a bit more granularity than that. Our Q1 + Q2 record is solid.

The NET is sort of a mess this year because of the B12. Pretty much only 2 teams in the B10 qualified as a quad 1 if you played at home (Maryland and Purdue) and we didn’t play either at home. Basically we had zero quad 1 opportunities on our home floor which stinks.
