I think we win 2 out of 4. Don't care which one's, but Coach B will not go 0-4 nor 1-3. Defense has getting better, some scheme changes since my brother Cooper took over.1. NEB (easily our best chance on paper!)

Yes sir, sorry.Holmes ?
This is not a argument with your point, just an ignorant question: Did the repeated Laughery up-the-middle runs throughout the game ultimately help open those later breakthroughs, was there a scheme change, or were those different personnel just better as to take advantageof our schemes?Love. LOVE. Laughery and Anderson. But, BB, your stubbornness is unwarranted at this stage in the season. We need JB to help us get bowl eligible and potentially win multliple more games. IF he fumbles, it will be but a small setback. The upside is off the charts.

I thought he was solid throughout.Houser was locked in during the 2nd half

Whenās the last time we lost 4 in a row under Bielema?1. NEB (easily our best chance on paper!)

To an extent, but there was also a couple of passes that could have gone for TD's or at least more yardage if they weren't under thrown and a couple that the receivers made great catches on.I thought he was solid throughout.
People just blamed the receiverās drops on the quarterback.
No question the defense has improved. What an unmitigated disaster that Hauck was. Cooper has this defense playing more like I thought it could. Maryland and Oregon both had pretty good offenses and this Defense has shown up well for both.
Gotta be so disheartening to the other team. (I remember when Michigan used to do that to us.)I love Bert ball
I speculate that it has never before happened.Whenās the last time we lost 4 in a row under Bielema?
Possibly they softened the d line; and not to be argumentative in any way either. But on darn near every JB run the dude just punishes a defender. That alone would serve to soften up a defense way more than weak runs up the middle by a running backs 30 lbs lighter than him. This is not a argument with your point, just an ignorant question: Did the repeated Laughery up-the-middle runs throughout the game ultimately help open those later breakthroughs, was there a scheme change, or were those different personnel just better as to take advantageof our schemes?
a lot of our guys are horrible at tackling and we give up a ton of yards after initial contactNo question the defense has improved.
But Maryland and Oregon are far from āpretty goodā offenses.
I assume that you gave her a standing ovation.I changed my wife out of her Illini shirt during the 4th quarter. I was as lucky as the Illini.

Didn't say he was miles ahead, but still stick by my post #92. JB is clearly different than any other back we have in the best way. As a matter of fact I think he could help our line in that regard as well. It seems to take them a while to start moving defenders. He broke one big run and otherwise had 5 carries for 16 yards. He's definitely good enough to play but let's not act like hes miles ahead of Laughery yet. Higher ceiling for sure but Laughery and Anderson have definitely earned their role with good all around play beyond just running the ball.
Love seeing our running backs break loose every single game!
