Kalkbrenner against San Diego State's big guys down low will be fun to watch.

I'll take KSU, UCONN, SDSU, Miami.

Pretty sure I was 1/4 yesterday, so I suggest you bet the opposite.

First time I had watched a SDSU game and I must say they are solid framed players........I would hazard a guess that they have an excellent chance to cut down the net's whenever it's all said and done...........

Never being a fan of the elitism of the long-standing legacy Blue Blood programs... this Season is a most refreshing change and breath-of-fresh-air to the Finalists in the this year’s Dance.

No Number One seeds. Yes!

Only one Number Two seed: Yes!

Even a Number Nine still standing.

Teams with gaudy records and big resumes being sent home after their initial interview (and no job waiting for them). Other guys coming in off the street and impressing the hell out of the search committee and getting positions. And maybe even a corner office.

This is the beautiful chaotic present and future of College Ball. Everybody gets a chance now. Not the just embedded name-plate programs that fans could recite every year in their sleep with unconscious boredom.

In this case, Chaos is good. More teams at a high level. More fans bases getting excited about their programs. Football schools becoming basketball schools. Even basketball schools becoming football schools (does that strike a bell with anybody?).

Every year now is a roll-out of a new lineup and a new roll of the roundball destiny dice.

With all the changes in College Ball in recent years... it’s still young men (and women) chasing their dreams to play a game they love in front of people who care about them and the ones that can throw a ball through a hoop most often still wins.

No matter what else they change about this game... it will always come down to that.

The unforgiving and glorious meritocracy of a basketball floor. The chaos that delights.

Tonight, KSU and FAU will be entertaining as its great guard play against great guard play. The nightcap will need the Zags to have more than Timme to beat a very complete UConn Team. All 4 games will be entertaining as anyone can win this.

FAU winning it all would pave the way for 4 guard lineups in college basketball

I was just thinking Nowell was playing just a little too “cute” tonight, then he drops a beautiful dime! Very good player.

Nowell makes it happen. Special player that sees the game unlike anyone else.

I love Nowell, maybe shouldn't admit this but other than Caitlin Clark my favorite player to watch this year, but he's been a little too careless with the ball tonight.

And as I type that, he drains a ridiculous 3. KSU games have been so fun to watch this tournament.

K-State stagnating, playing iso-ball with Nowell. Such a fun team when they are playing as a team.

FAU showing why you need multiple guards moving the ball on offense not just one great one like K-State.
