Some Bronco fans getting a bit delusional after making the Cotton Bowl. Saw this in the comments of a Les Miles article on the ESPN site. (Referring to Wisconsin in the first sentence. Either a joker or smoking the good stuff.)
Martin KrohnMike Moore They were two losses away, don't kid yourself. and guys WMU is in a perfect position to move. It's a fantastic smallish town that has some mega corporations in its back yard. Rattle off a couple more seasons like this and the big 10 becomes reachable - I mean look at some of the terrible schools they let in.

I know it sucks were witnessing the total destruction of a program, but no kids have ever been more committed to a coach than a school than WMU's recruiting class. Can't blame them.

Agree 100% with that. Also, they're all midwestern kids who grew up dreaming of playing in the B1G. But PJ's an Aurora area kid who I've been aware of since he was in high school and I'll just say, him doing this doesn't surprise me a bit. PJ is all about PJ.

HC candidate? Michigan recruiting class sits at 27, so I'm guessing it's not recruiting related for Michigan.

Guessing they have an agreement with Chip Kelly based on the timing

that would be the logical choice given the geography and explanation of the timing.

it wont be Tracy Claeys, Tim Beckman nor Kevin Wilson

the funniest thing would be if it were Lane Kiffin !!! :)

Kiffin landed at FAU. Oh how the mighty have fallen. I'm really enjoying watching his career trajectory. At this rate he'll be coaching pee wee before it's all over.

Yeah, firing Dykes was crazy.

Trying to fire him for cause for interviewing elsewhere, AND not having the replacement lined up when firing in January was just mind-boggling. I'd be in full defcon 5 if I were a Cal fan.

The questions are, should we somehow lose Hardy (doubtful), (1) are we upset at all, and (2) who are the possible replacements? Would we promote Phair back to DC and find a DL coach, maybe?

There has to be some Lovie decipels out there somewhere. I'll through a crazy name out, Perry Fewell.

I would highly doubt that there would be any interest in that from either side

Agree. The two coordinators are Lovie's guys and loyalty to him personally was brought up by both of them when hired. McGee left a better gig and Nickerson left the NFL. I can't see either of them making a lateral move. It seems either NFL or college head coach would their next voluntary step.
