still think the talent is there to be a good team at some point, but we are definitely not that right now. hope there’s no deeper issues other than just adjusting to life post-Ayo

Now you've seen how bad things can get and how quick they can get that way,

Can't wait for Brad to say that this is the first game for Kofi with the team. We were 3 for 22 in this game from the 3. Williams, Frazier, Hawkins, and Grandison... did they play tonight? I don't believe any of them had more than 2 points.

The good news is…..screw it. There is no good news.

I wasn’t too concerned about the Marquette game, but this was flat out embarrassing. How do you start out so sharp and then lay an egg for the next 30 minutes straight?

The comment i saw on the game thread that I think might be more accurate than most criticisms of curbelo is that the team has adopted his lackadaisical and carefree attitude. I see that. No fire when things start going bad. Immediately start whining and shaking their heads instead of righting the ship. Look like they are playing on the playground instead of having a system. It has to end now. This team is as talented as any we’ve had in a long long time and we look like garbage.

Underwood has to change the attitude of the team now…and I think installing an actual offense might be a good idea on top of that.

Pride comes before a fall. Definitely overrated. This team needs to get humble and hungry. It's not a talent issue. Cincinnati and Marquette just played with more heart and more effort. No "eye of the tiger" in these guys at all. As Rocky said, "It's not how hard you hit, it's how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward." Hopefully these guys will do that. We need the toughness, drive and grit of a Dee Brown, Andres Feliz, Chester Frazier.
