No other way to look at it. I'm sure Whitman tried, but this is a major strike in his tenour if it comes to fruition. I'm sure we will rebound eventually, but the timing is tough and very disappointing.

I’m not sure this is true if the issue is a combination of $ and an easier compliance office at Kentucky. I don’t get the sense that JW wants anyone playing the ‘game’.
