Bye Bye Kenny slam33, don't let the top of the dumpster hit you on the way out:I forced a bot to read 1000 pages of Illinois Loyalty and then asked it to write posts of its own. Here is Kenny slam33...
That’s a typo. Supposed to be “incisors.”
This is such a weird thing to report. "According to fans on message boards who claim to be insiders".
Matt Jones = Kenny slam33

This isn’t so complicated. Kentucky is Kentucky, and Illinois is not.I would be interested to know how the assistant coaches truly feel about BU. While I love BU's intensity and his focus, I also wonder whether he can be a jerk and if I would enjoy working with him? For example, someone mentioned the in game (Wisconsin?) dust up between BU and OA, and we all know how the Mark Smith saga turned out along with several other player departures (not saying these departures are all related directly to BU though the Mark Smith one may be, but as the head coach I feel that it all comes back to you). What also rubbed me the wrong way were BU's "catwoman" comments to Ayo. Was a comment like that really necessary and in any way helpful/motivational? And then Ayo gets asked about it during a post game interview (BTT or NCCA R1 can't remember) and while he provides a very diplomatic answer, I know I would be annoyed if I were Ayo and that was the type of question I was being asked in that situation (not the coaches fault that the question was asked but BU obviously provided the fuel for it). I say all of this because while money talks, this is also a relationship business, and if someone is getting multiple comparable offers (whether player or coach for that matter), it's likely that the perceived working relationship will be a huge factor. Maybe I'm just stretching here cause I'm really bummed about losing OA, but this thought about BU has been on my mind ever since Mark Smith and I really hope this wasn't a negative force that ultimately helped pull OA back to UK.

It's easy to nit pick little small details as an outsider and create narratives.I would be interested to know how the assistant coaches truly feel about BU. You do realize OA is leaving to work with Calipari?I would be interested to know how the assistant coaches truly feel about BU. Nah KY has nothing to offer him.. Reduced playing time, a worse PG and iffy cast of players since they are all untested. He is way better off at Illinois! Without question. His 3rd year will be about being comfortable and in the spot lightKofi staying another year walks out the door as soon as Antigua leaves
Yeah, even some UK fans are willing to admit that Cal is a bit of a narcissist, and that can create tension within his coaching staff. You do realize OA is leaving to work with Calipari?
Care to put out any names you've heard (or think would have strong connections to Underwood)? If not, no worries. I'm highly curious about realistic, high-end candidates to keep this train rolling. If Mennenga is seriously interested, that's huge.A lot of interest in the open spot(s)....Mennenga is a name I would closely keep an eye on. Along with some others that have connections to BU.
They are all fond of BU. They enjoyed working for him and are going to help him anyway they can in the transition process.
You say they like it's both OA and Chin leaving for sure. Am I interpreting this correctly? They are all fond of BU. They enjoyed working for him and are going to help him anyway they can in the transition process.
The pic looks like OA is trying to do mental math to figure out if he's accepted the Kentucky offer based on what Illinois insiders are reporting
God I hope so and believe you know awhole lot more than me I really hope you’re right. If so I do think we would be better than last year. Call me crazy. I’ve definitely been called worsewrong
Yeah, not a big fan of the use of "they" there either. You say they like it's both OA and Chin leaving for sure. Am I interpreting this correctly?
Man, Cal is just as intense - just saying.I would be interested to know how the assistant coaches truly feel about BU. Lville whats your feeling on retaining Chin?Should get this sorted out in the next week or two. We will get high quality assistants (whether that is one or two)
It really bothers me for some reason that the title reads "coming to Kentucky" instead of "going to Kentucky."The pic looks like OA is trying to do mental math to figure out if he's accepted the Kentucky offer based on what Illinois insiders are reporting
This is the improper use
Lamont Evans?A lot of interest in the open spot(s)....Mennenga is a name I would closely keep an eye on. Along with some others that have connections to BU.
