Glad I have this on record. The roof is going to cave in on Spurs' head. Too small of a squad, too many games, too physically demanding of a style of play, too many teams chasing.

They'll finish 5th. Maybe even 6th if Liverpool keeps playing like that.

Think they'll finish top 4, for sure. They may be the favorite.

Highly unlikely. Of the 3 losses by the Top 4 teams today, Spurs loss at WHU is the least alarming.

There are only 10 league games left an they are 7 points clear of Man U in 5th. Spurs have the stingiest defense in the league and the best goal differential (by 7) in case it were to come down to a tie-breaker. Plus, they'll get back Vertonghen in a few weeks, which will help the defense even more.

Wheels coming off for City. 2 shots today. Flaccid. At the onset of the season, they looked like the class of the league.

Resurgent Reds. Klopp's doing a fine job.

Apparently, Petr Cech pulled a hammy running back to his goal after joining the attack at the end of Arsenal's loss today. He's been ruled out of Saturday's NLD.

The cherry on top of a wonderful week for Arsenal. Tomorrows game is huge

Coquelin's an idiot. Dyer should have been given a second yellow. Given that they were down a man, great outcome for the Gunners.

It all evened out, as Bellerin should have received a 2nd yellow shortly after Dyer got away with his. Missed opportunity for Spurs. Should have come away with 3 points.

Everton blew a 2-0 lead at home today to West Ham and lost 3-2. Lukaku scored a goal vs. West Ham for the 8th consecutive match. Mirallas was sent off in the 34th minute after getting his second yellow card leaving the Toffees playing with 10 men the remainder of the way.

Liverpool trailing and down a man equalizes at ~72 and then gets a penalty kick at the end of stoppage time to win. The calls seemed a bit odd throughout but I'll take the end result.

arsenal essentially out of every competition based on current form.

i'm on the leicester bandwagon to win the league.

Is Wenger gone if this season ends as it looks like it will? Actually, Arsenal might not even qualify for the Champions League. There are 2 realistic scenarios where this could happen.

1.) West Ham and Man City push Arsenal into 5th. Pretty simple. I guess Man United still has a chance but 5 points will be tough to make up.

2.) Arsenal finish 4th, while Man City drops outside the top 4. Also, Man City wins the UCL and United or Liverpool win Europa. That would knock the 4th place team out (Arsenal) in order to make room for the 2 champions. Unlikely obviously, but still a fun scenario to potentially follow.

i'm not worried about UCL. it saddens me to think there may not be a st. totteringham day this year.

i think everyone at arsenal is ready for a change. it'll be interesting to see who is available though. maybe ranieri? is jose still sticking around london, hoping for a call?

I've thought since January that Mourinho was surely going to United, but those rumors have started to slow down. Maybe Ancelotti? Arsenal haven't had a coaching change in so long it's impossible to guess which way they'll go.

It will be interesting to see what happens to not only Ranieri, but most of Leicester's squad. Mahrez will have his pick of just about any team he wants to play for. Vardy won't be as heavily coveted, but will still have plenty of suitors. And of course the role players have all played above their potential. Especially Kante and Fuchs.

But Ranieri is Leicester's most important asset IMO. If he stays then they'll have the respectability to attract players if the owners are willing to spend the money.

ancelotti is already contracted to bayern munich in the summer.

it's highly unlikely leicester will fall out of a UCL spot at this point so they've got that to look forward to next year. but if they lose their best players and maybe their manager too, they'll easily crash out of the group stage and that doesn't bode well for england holding onto their 3.5 spots.

haha...city...

looks like the top three are pretty set barring a big collapse. looks like tot'num has the most difficult schedule left and arsenal the least difficult. we may yet see a st totteringham's day this year.

LC finishing on top would be the biggest story in English professional soccer history, according to many pundits. Regardless of where they finish, they've had an unbelievable season. Can they keep Mahrez next season? I think they will.

There were reports on the news that they were trying to extend him so he couldn't leave the team and I think his contract is up after this current season.
