That was the worst execution of zone defense ever. How do you let it get to a SG wide open in the middle of the zone?

That John Groce power walk halfway across the court whenever he calls a timeout just pisses me off for some reason.
It's been the same for 5 years. Contested jump shots leading to massive scoring droughts. The only difference is the first few years we actually played defense
We are just terrible. The slow motion train wreck continues.
Defense is falling apart. Really a poor showing up to this point if you ask me. A must win game and they are not stepping up.
I have said this is the low point for Illinois basketball the last couple games. It's getting lower. This program will not have a quick fix.
Got a couple.comin in next year if we can keep.em.
