Tackling is just.. oof

The tackling has sucked the last couple of years.
Tackling and getting anything out of our DL is going to be pretty high on the Bret alert system. Really going to need to figure out a fix in the coming weeks

Their #2 is a dawg. Think a former 4 star at UGA

And we can't tackle.
The tackling is getting ... worse.
Think our guys know just how bad UAB is? Not UMass bad, but definitely near the same level.
The Illini will need to blitz aLOT this season to slow any team down.
Bailey looks like he wants to take someone’s head off.
Yep, no nfl talent at DL or LB this season

We might have a Beerman, but this defense makes me want to drink
I try not to over react but this is concerning. The D is a problem, it probably can't stop Duke, let alone any other our top opponents and once the tape is watched to stop Dixon (top CBs) and Clement on the 8 yard dig or out, then what? I know game 1 to game 2 is the most adjustments but you can adjust from being smaller, slower and over powered. Hope I'm wrong.
If that's true what is he doing at UAB????
I get that it's garbage time, but if the defense doesn't tighten up, they're really gonna cost us some crucial conference games.
Hey an open field tackle! There you go Mac!
D is fine
