Okay.
Still looks gross.
I think, perhaps, you are missing the joke.Buck got benched after taking an ill advised 3 against UVA so based on that I'd say no.
where can i buy my InDaina t-shirt?I think we should be talking about the danger that dain dainja presents to Indiana.
Love to see which direction Michigan is trending.......Bored at work so I decided to do a little conference update. I wanted to see which teams are exceeding expectations early in the season. I also listed each teams record against the top 50, because some of these teams still haven't played anyone relevant. Biggest takeaway is our December conference games are looking much tougher than anticipated.

Great discussion from The Athletic's draft guy (Vecenie) touching on Hawkins, TSJ, Dainja, and the frosh guards.
Considering he analyzes college hoops through the way things could ultimately fit in the NBA, it's promising to see us so attractive to that perspective.
Coleman, if you have watched the video and are reading this, pleeeeeeeease don't let it go to your head! Keep working hard, improve your mid-range jumper, be a leader and you will rewarded with a great experience this year and make lots of money next year!more evidence that Hawkins doesn't need to score to have an impact:
Vecenie's one of the best draft guys, maybe the best. What he says about Hawkins is pretty revealing,

Kinda obvious to say, but doing both is a good thing. It's kind of an obvious thing to say, but preventing a bucket on one end is as valuable as scoring one on the other. From a stats perspective, it's a bit more complicated if you use average points per possession, but a good defender can contribute a lot.
Side note: although it seems like another year without an elite team in the conference, I could see 8-10 teams making the dance.
The money is in the league, not college basketball. To get to the league, he better knocks down some shots. . (Dear Coleman, please do not read the 2nd half of the post after this. It's not going to help you.) But truth to be told, I think he is talented enough to be selected in the 2nd round just by his defense and passing.more evidence that Hawkins doesn't need to score to have an impact:

Who would be your comp in the last ten years for not hitting shots but getting drafted on defense and passing? The money is in the league, not college basketball. Ben Simmon? (JK) If he completely screws on shooting like Ben, no his chances are not as good. But if he shoots like what he has been doing, let's say it ends up 30-35% FGP 3 pointer (incremental improvement from last year. ) I would say his defense/passing is good enough to carry him to 2nd round. The ideal case for us is he becomes an above 35% 3 point shooter.Who would be your comp in the last ten years for not hitting shots but getting drafted on defense and passing?
Not for sure yet but good chance I will be there @Fighter of the NightmanCan I just go ahead and BEG that the Krush makes its roadtrip the Iowa game? Assuming the kids prefer a weekend roadtrip (I would!), these are the options this year:
Saturday 1/28 at Wisconsin - Meh
Saturday 2/4 - Ding ding ding!
Saturday 2/18 at Indiana - Probably hard to get tickets together
Sunday 2/26 at Ohio State - LONG roadtrip for a Sunday if you ask me...
Sunday 3/5 at Purdue - Also usually sold out
It's easily the best combination of a huge game where we might need the boost yet also an arena that isn't that hard to get tickets to. I'll be there, and I cannot wait, and I would love nothing more than to see thousands of Illini fans invade and paint the place orange! In February of 2005, there were 6,000 Illini fans plus the Krush in Carver-Hawkeye Arena, and it might have been the most glorious thing I've ever seen.
Without doing a deep dive...Patrick Williams averaged 9.2 ppg for that very good Florida St team as a Fr.Who would be your comp in the last ten years for not hitting shots but getting drafted on defense and passing?
Jr. vs Fr. I think CoHawk has moved a bit past the potential stage to the production stage. Might be able to make it with lower numbers, but not as easy as it is for a Frosh.Without doing a deep dive...Patrick Williams averaged 9.2 ppg for that very good Florida St team as a Fr.
From NBAdraft.net on Williams
An explosive, “freakish” combo forward with intriguing upside, especially as a defender
Based on Brad, Peyton Watson is a comp but he is only 6'8" and played one year in college. From the same article, DJ Wilson seems to be a better comp, who is 6'10" and played three years at Michigan. 17th pick for NBA.Jr. vs Fr. I like the Thybulle comp though.
The parts about TSJ in this vid should simply be copied into the recruiting vid for transfer portal prospects.Great discussion from The Athletic's draft guy (Vecenie) touching on Hawkins, TSJ, Dainja, and the frosh guards.
