Homecoming 2019
- Chicago
Wow Purdue is losing a hell of a lot of talent next year, this should have been the year they made a final 4.

Add a white outline (exactly the same as the orange outline on the whites), and those are gold. Throw in a blue (orange text and white outline), and those should be the damn jerseys.I'd like to see at least SOME white on there. Too blah otherwise.
Only item I’d counter to that, is going into this year Davis and Murray weren’t on the national radar at all. I think we all saw Murray was capable of a big leap but 2 of the leagues top 3 players weren’t a “preseason” type pick.It will be really interesting to see how the B10 fares next year, because a whole truckload of mainstays are leaving. As well as all the sophomore breakout superstars. I'll barely recognize the league. I mean who IS staying that's a top tier player, from any school? Kofi and Dickinson might stay, so they'll rule the roost if they do. But who else (not including portal transfers of course, of which there will be many)
Agree. Please Navy, Orange or white. And I prefer Fighting Illini (circa 89 Flying Illini) over the script Illinois white uni's.
I think we’ll be a top 10 team if we get Clark and Shannon and Kofi stays. I’m expecting at least one of RJ, Coleman, and Goode to make a massive jump next year. Probably RJ.If Illinois lands Clark and Shannon, is next year's team better than this year's team? I'm having a hard time seeing how they would be better but curious what the opinion of other fans would be. I am assuming both Kofi and Hawkins return.
Would depend on injuries also. If we have the same injury luck we had this past season, we wouldn't be nearly that high. I would hope this past season was an outlier in that regard.I think we’ll be a top 10 team if we get Clark and Shannon and Kofi stays. I’m expecting at least one of RJ, Coleman, and Goode to make a massive jump next year. Probably RJ.
What is his height? 6' 4"Or a smaller RJ. He has hops and our preferred left handed shooter!
Please, no script . . . I really, really mean it.
Not so subtly calling Ace
Now just because you zoomers don't have to learn cursive anymorePlease, no script . . . I really, really mean it.
Bohanon wonHas the 3-point contest taken place yet? And if so, how did Alphonso do?
RJ for sure. We are so talent laden already, it's almost unfair .. seriously. Another guy I really want to see play a lot more minutes is Podz. He has the sweetest stroke on next year's team, even better than Goode (who requires someone else to get his own shot). If given an opportunity, he will be our taller and stronger JBo, so ofc we're gonna love him, right? Their shooting form is quite similar, especially how quick the release is and how it's more of a set shot. Podz can work on his lateral quickness for defense and his dribbling to create space in the off season, and he will be a star.I think we’ll be a top 10 team if we get Clark and Shannon and Kofi stays. I’m expecting at least one of RJ, Coleman, and Goode to make a massive jump next year. Probably RJ.
To El Gran/ if you were hoping last season was in related to the injuries and not low volume in scoring the ball and players that could learn and develop with the senior laden team. Then why? spin right quickly off of the injuries being apart of the season that has not even started. Again, I question that some of the people who post are on another uninspired train that is crashing critically by every crazed moment they get their teeth chewing gum that is both benignly and BITTER.
Actually, I’m a boomerNow just because you zoomers don't have to learn cursive anymore
And you think I didn't know that? Haven't seen too many zoomers take vacations to Cayman Brac. Welcome back.Actually, I’m a boomer
Thanks . . . I’d forgotten about that exchange CRS strikes. Off to the Gulf Coast tomorrow for a few more weeks of relaxing and . . , flyfishing for reds and specks. And you think I didn't know that? Haven't seen too many zoomers take vacations to Cayman Brac. Welcome back.
Probably but listed at 6’5” at some sites. What is his height? 6' 4"
Disagree..Sorry…. I think Kofi is a great kid and athletic. Sadly, he has hands of stone.
