If Isaiah gets hurt, our season is pretty much done. The risk/reward of putting him on punt returns doesn't add up for me

This should be fun to watch. My old roommate's son is going to play Red Grange and be the one the students race. He runs the 100 for the club track team. In the tryouts he beat one and lost to one, giving them both a 25 yards head start. So there's a chance the students can win if they are athletic and not wearing boots!

I told my roommate he is screwed during dad's day when he has to run along his son :ROFLMAO:

Sucks that Bailey is out so long. I’m never optimistic on injuries. I’m a little worried about him playing at all this year.

Did he redshirt last year? I feel like he played in more than 4 regular season games.

If the injury lingers, I wonder if that will become a conversation. Shut him down until 4 games left and then let him go nuts.

Bailey is a sophomore; I'm pretty sure he played in all of our games last year.

I sincerely hope his injury doesn't keep him sidelined all season. If he's healthy I can't imagine them worrying about conserving his redshirt; but yeah, if he's not healthy, redshirt would be an option.

the thing with having talented players, its pretty doubtful you would be able to keep them on campus for the 5th year.
if they are good, they are going to the league

I agree that IW getting injured would be highly disappointing but it’s not like they’re running him out there on kick coverage. I’m all for getting the ball into your playmakers hands as many times as possible.
Are kick returnees more likely to get hurt than punt returnees? I would have thought the opposite.

Muffed punts are game changers. Can't take that role lightly.
