She should just quit. This level of competition is just over her head. She’s just going through coaches and players and not adding any level of improvement to the team’s performance. Listen to her press conferences. She’s talking about we need to do better trying to counter other teams because she hasn’t put the team in a position to have other teams adjust to them. Winning starts with defensive pressure and they fail to make other teams uncomfortable on a consistent basis. Unless it’s a small school that she’s hoping to get a win with to get to double digit wins on the season.I'm pretty confident JW will pull the plug after the season, unless of course there is significant improvement, which does not appear likely.
Fahey has had her chance and failed. Time to move on.
Unfortunately she won’t quit in order to avoid having to make JW’s fire her. He’s obviously emotionally tied to that type of decision. I’m pretty sure it will just be another year of turnover with coaches and players. Some coaches are just cut out for DII and DIII, not high level DI.
