Wagler 22 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists, 0 turnovers

Mirkovic 17 points, 11 rebounds.

2 pages of posts about Stojakovic. These dudes are TRUE FRESHMAN.

Also shout out to Ben he looks ready to be an EDG this year. He's got that physical edge that was missing last year.

Tomi is an important piece to this team. Anyone thinking his brother will just step into fill his shoes is drinking orange kool aid. One of the questions I had to start the season was can we stay healthy. Now you have injury and return questions with 3 players. Stoyakavik, Tomi, and Petrovic. Will see how this effects us against better teams in the non conference

Tomi might miss a couple weeks give or take…. we have a back up center who could start for a lot of very good programs! Could be a lot worse… like last year when we had no answer when Tomi was not on the floor!

Losing Tomi for a few weeks may put a huge damper on the non-conference ceiling… Lots of tough games coming up. Need Z to stay sharp. Great defense from him tonight & he has such great hands for a big. He can do anything Tomi can do when he’s focused. Biggest stretch of his basketball life the next few weeks to show out.

Everyone else, great job. Andrej will find his rhythm. Lots of people that have never hooped in their lives on this thread talking about how he’s “unplayable”. Ok, TSJ was unplayable then a few years ago after coming back- sure am glad Brad didn’t bench him.

Let’s keep it rolling. Fully healthy, this is a top 5 team.

What's the matter with Tomi? I guess I'm out of the loop on this. Can one of our insiders help me out here?

This team has great potential. The depth is there. Don't know what is going on in practice but we need to get guys healthy. We are going into some tough games, and this team has yet to play at full strength. This is good for down the road. The knock-on Stoj, is crap. The kid has been hurt, very little practice with the team, give him time.
One of my concerns about this team and looking to next year is how will Brad keep everyone happy with playing minutes. For example how do you keep Wagler happy with 20-25 minutes? The kid is Will Riley talented. How about Lee? How about Mirk? Will these guys leave because they aren't getting enough PT.
Will Jake get pushed into the background. The kid can shoot but if he is setting on the bench can you rely on his shooting at a crucial time? So many questions, although good ones to have.
My take on the first 2 games is this team can score in so many ways. They were outrebounded on the Offensive glass tonight. In both games in the 2nd half the defense was bad at times, the offense reverted to playground ball at times. I am sure Brad will let them know about that.
I think Texas Tech will give us a good idea just where they are at and how good they really are.
