Illinois and others (Nebraska, MSU, Northwestern, Purdue) are picking up interest in Rochester (IL) 6'5 185lb junior wide receiver..Collin Stallworth. I'm a bit of a homer as I'm from Rochester but I really like this kid. He's barely tapped into his potential as he hasn't played much football in his life but he is very athletic , a jumper, good speed, great hands and body control. Putting up big number in the Rochester offense and is just starting to put things together. Just a name to keep an eye on going forward.

Don't know anything about the kid. If nothing else, he has a great WR last name.

Anyone know why Kentrail Moran has been retweeting a bunch of Syracuse recruiting stuff recently?

I was wondering the same thing. I would be surprised if we kept him. Just seems like someone that might jump at a better offer. If we struggle this season especially. I just don't know why a recruit would retweet things about other schools if they were secure in their commitment.

Ranking them by year (upper to lower classmen) Next year

1. Henry Sr.
2. Foster Jr.
3. Vaughn So.
4. Brown FR
5. Corbin FR

Both Brown and Corbin are injured and redshirting.

Vaughn will, more then likely, start next year. Henry, Brown, Corbin will all play.

Moran comes in with Vaughn (So) and Brown and Corbin both FR to compete with along with the 2 upperclassman Henry and Foster.

Thats a good group. Sometimes people forget about Brown and Corbin but they both will be back next year.

Foster and Enyenihi aren't going to scare anyone off. Corbin's more of a slot guy, probably not an every-down back. Brown is a good prospect but is coming off ACL surgery and hasn't played a down yet.

I don't see competition as much of a factor here, certainly not relative to the uncertainty about who will be coaching the team when he arrives.

Just to rank them, it's easily Vaughn, Brown, Enyenihi, Corbin, BIG GAP, Foster. I think Moran can compete for at least RB2 next year, and Vaughn hasn't really emerged as a passing down back.

There is a reason we started recruiting other in statè backs

Like who? James Robinson from Rockford Lutheran is the only other in-state back that's D1-level and isn't already committed...
