Title IX is a federal civil rights law in the United States of America that was passed as part (Title IX) of the Education Amendments of 1972. It prohibits sex-based discrimination in any school or other education program that receives federal money
Seriously , while no one is arguing this is all about college athletics, there is nothing about Title IX that says other non school affiliated entities, be it pro sports themselves or collectives, must be required to pay everyone the same , be it by gender or by sport.
NIL simply gives players their rights to their name, image and likeness back to them to do as they see fit
The NCAA simply can no longer deem them ineligible to receive that money, and their is NO LIMIT on what that amount of money can be
There will be some females, in some sports (there already are) that make more money than most males.
Its a free market.
