Great primer for him in what it's like to be an Illini. Stupid injuries all day, erry day.

Clearly this falls squarely on the shoulders of the Illinois coaching/training staff!

That would be good news for next year obviously. Hopefully doesn't limit him too much this summer ala JCL last summer. Injury bug now spreading to our recruits; waiting for the posts blaming our trainers.

You won't find me blaming our trainers. Not sure why Groce can't recruit players that aren't injury prone though. ;)

Fair. In general though, impact fractures take awhile to heal, but when they heal, they're healed. Shouldn't be something that lingers.

I hope you are right. I broke my ankle end of December, had surgery. The doc told me it should actually be stonger after it heals, due to the plate. Hopefully, he gets stronger too!

Wait, he was lucky when it comes to an injury. Okay now I am worried he won't stay committed to Illinois. Lucky with injuries doesn't sound like an Illini guy.;)

Seriously, that is good news.

Sadly, I thought the same thing. Been a loooong season. ;)
