Anyone here ever have a 6 ask what they are doing on a Friday only you don't give her a straight answer because you're waiting to see what the 9 is doing but then the 9 blows you off so you text the 6 back to see if you're still on but she's already made other plans so you go out and get drunk with your buddies and end up with a 3? Happens to me almost every weekend. :thumb:

Dunno. Doubt it applies to Groce this time around. I think he waits for no one.

Didn't expect to make that top 6. Kigab is a big time athlete on the wing. Similar to Justin Smith in terms of size and athleticism.

Those are what I like to call "the good ole days". Landed myself a quality girl, but the good ole slow playing the 6 hoping for the 9/10 and landing a 2 am 9 which happens to be a 3-5... Classic ..wait is this recruiting related?

Analogy with recruiting works for me. Better an enthusiastic 3 than a headcase 10.

Goodwin is farther along and definitely my preference between the two, but Eastern has tremendous upside. He has a chance to be a special player in a few years. If we miss out on Goodwin, Eastern would be a heck of a consolation prize.

For sure. Same with Lewis. Point is, if Goodwin is still on the board and we're still in pole position, do you take Eastern?
