Yeah, pretty easy to see what is happening here. Too bad, Lewis seems like he will be a great player. But as others have said, Goodwin is the priority and if we don't get another wing in this class it won't be a huge deal as we are already fairly deep.

True, that. OTOH, we had a legit chance with Lewis had he been the main priority from the get go. Might have chose ISU anyway, as they have a clearer path to early playing time. Just sucks! For the record, not blaming Groce for prioritizing Goodwin. Obviously, I hope we land him.

With DJW and Kipper and AJ, we're strong at the 3, as is.

Only 3 predictions for Mayann Kiir, 2 for Illinois. A couple of weeks all were for Louisville.

When Williams committed, that changed things. That said, caution with the balls. NC State is not chopped liver.

Yeah, but they are an absolute mess and it is going to take a while to dig out from that I think. Getting PT is nice, but not so nice if you are getting whipped every game.

Hypothetical... Goodwin picks SLU and Lewis picks ISU, do we take a wing? If Eastern wants it, fine, but do we need to take one. We want at least one ride for 2018 and this would open up a spot for a 5th year, leaving at least one for 18.

Just spitballing
