Was hoping for an outside shot at Moussa Diabete, but it looks like he has committed to Michigan out of nowhere today. I looked just last week and crickets everywhere on him and was not considered to make a decision until spring. That escalated quickly

Updated 247 composite rankings have TyTy jumping up to #68 (and #57 by 247s own ranking). That puts him ahead of former targets Brandon Weston (#70), Jordan Nesbitt (#72) and David Jones (big drop from 88-->#125).

Not that these rankings are foolproof or anything but if we land TyTy, I'm feeling just fine about those misses. Also seems he's showing something to scouts right now. Think I'd rather have the guy trending up than the guy trending down.

Two 5 stars (both PF)
Four 4 stars
One 3 star

Guess after Brad retires we just find a guy that played in the NBA, very questionable coaching, and lives on the edge of legal recruiting and sometimes "accidentally" crosses it like he self-admittedly did last year.

Didn't Ed Martin pass away?
Many years ago, but the book about him and his financial backing of the Fab 5/Detroit area basketball was a good read. Obvious ties to Juwan H. Ed Martin's son did prison time for not ratting out his dad, loyalty not seen by many these days

Expect TyTy to be consensus Top 40-50 by the end of the recruiting season. He has been crushing prep ball against the highest level and the guys on Rivals & 24/7 have been raving about him.

I could honestly see him getting up closer to Adam Miller ranking.

This video is a good watch, it was just posted yesterday. Not just a highlight video, you get a good idea of his game.
