I have a hard time believing that anyone would be able to successfully keep Robert from A Lion Eye away even at gunpoint.

He has to send the letter into the school he is signing with today correct? If so, Groce moving back the presser seems to certainly be a good sign. But I'm waiting until we see the signature on the dotted line. This has been too strange a two weeks for anyone to be that confident IMO.

One thing to consider. If it was SLU you know that STL media guy on twitter or somebody else would already leak it by now. If it was Kansas, no way in hell Jerrance sits on this until 1pm tomorrow.....Or he would tell Evan Daniels to leak it.

Hes also what, 17 years old? This is the biggest decision of his life. I bet so many people whispered in his ear (maybe yelled) that he jmped the gun too hard on this commit. I think hes a quality kid who has probably been torn in three different directions and something had to give today

I don't know, but I consider that irrelevant to the matter. I think someone could literally mortally shoot him, and he would will his way to the press conference and stave off death until it was over and he had posted a 20,000 word treatise on what the commitment means.

In this scenario, he probably wouldn't even have died if he had gone to the hospital instead of writing the treatise.

Yea that's not just what he is saying. That's what happened. On the old Illiniboard.

This is why the level of anger towards Eric Gordon was what it was. And it wasn't just that post, it was months of posts similar to that.

Their family meeting last night included watching the Illinois-Mckendree game and that's what cemented Tilmon's commitment to the Orange and Blue!

Let me just say that it looks really likely that Tilmon is coming to Illinois. About as likely as the Indians winning the series when they were up 3-1, or Clinton winning the election.
