This will make it much more enjoyable for me to go watch estl vs althoff at the Highland shootout. I'm going to have to fight back urges to yell out insults about slu being in a mid major conference, lol. Am I a child? Probably.

Now I hope groce goes out and takes Gordon away from SLU, give ford a taste of his own medicine, lol.

I told my buddy at work today that I'm going to the game when they play @edwardsville and will be booing
The whole time if he didn't come to Illinois.

Assuming this is good news for us I will now be at the game cheering

Get used to those shot totals. Thorne shoots on 90% of his touches. He's the ultimate black hole.

I was certainly directing some books at Goodwin during BACs playoff game against my hometown last weekend, especially when we were down 19. Felt real nice our boys battled back for a big win! Poor JG and crew.

Does Groce know? Did it have to be faxed or just signed? I'm not sure on all this because when I signed to play for an NAIA team 28 years ago, there was a lot less drama and thousands less people who cared. :)

There are 3 for SLU since the 8th. I won't swear to much till Meyer does. He has had Illini there for a long time.

Just a shot in the dark here, but could JT have been waiting to see what Mayan Kiir was going to do? It wouldn't make much sense, with them being fairly different players in terms of style, and the fact that JT shouldn't be worried about him anyways. However JT did retweet Mayan Kiir's commitment post, and now just a day later has signed with someone. If this had at least some pull in Tilmon's decision, along with the early signing period ending today, I think he is all UI. :illinois:
