Cody Riley just committed to UCLA. I like our chances with Wilkes
Yeah, Lowell except he can jump!
Except Lowell was #1 in the nation at one point... This kid is a long ways from that.
After watching this its got me thinking Lowell Hamilton

I can totally see that now that you mention it. I've been thinking that Kiir reminds me of The Spider, Anthony Welch. I guess I'm showing my age here. Gulp.
no shocker. oregon
I'm going to choose to believe that Groce didn't have room for him with Wilkes' imminent commitment.
"Never in" is probably too strong, but making top 3, top 5, or even top 2 does not necessarily mean equal chances. We have made top 2 for Kigab, but everyone seems to think for sometime now that he is going to Oregon. So the same question could be asked, why haven't we been eliminated already?
I think the answer to this question for all of these recruits (not just these two) is that you are dealing with 17-18 yr-old kids who like to make announcements.
Abu Kigab to Oregon

I just went to go see how bad it was. It is one thing to see it coming from 14 year olds, but from adults? Just sad.I wish people wouldn't be such asses on Twitter. Congratulate the kid and wish him well. It's not difficult.
Salt is reserved for dumb stunts like Cliffmas.
Lowell was never number 1 in the nation he was the number 1 in class A i Ed Horton was co Mr Basketball in the state with him I do Believe
From scrolling through the Indiana forums, it appears that the consensus is that it's down to Indiana and UCLA with UCLA leading. Seems like we are out on this one.

Now that he chose, and at the risk of sounding like sour grapes, I could not have been less excited about him. 150ish ranked recruit at a position we don't need at all, and he's not in state. Don't know if I've ever cared less about being a bridesmaid. I'll take the open scholarship for now.
