Based on the expectations surrounding BU, fans see BIG championships before 5 years. Five year predictions don't have a lot of value, but I expect us to be competitive with any team in the BIG in that 3-5 year period.

This!

File under weird predictions: we finish either first or third for THT.

Strange Conditt/Goodwin feel for me. Signs indicate we win, and of course I hope so, but I have a nagging feeling if we don't, he'll place us behind Xavier

Does this assume Izzo retires? MSU is consistently a top 3 conference team.

WF board still lamenting AYO - wow - talk about butt hurt. Pretty sad - but nice to know we're living rent free in their collective domes.

We've been predicting the return to Earth for Wisconsin athletics for 20 years. It's not happening, guys. They are legit programs and will have no trouble finding legit coaches to run them. I'll predict Wisky to finish 8th or worse when it happens just once. Wisconsin has finished in the top-4 in 18 of the last 19 years. The one year they finished 6th, they went to the Final Four. 12 out of 13 years for football. A bowl appearance in 20 out of 21. We are looking way up at Wisky in every regard.

We use codenames for guys that spurned us over 10 years ago.

And imho, there is no reason Illinois cannot do the same. Hopefully Whitman is the guy to change the attitude of the administration to support winning.

Back to recruiting, gotta love Lefty's announcement :thumb:

BS. That's not what he said. He said they had things that needed to be worked out and they were working on them. He also said THT told the staff he is coming.

Sometimes I don't get Tate.

No reason to say any of that until after tomorrow
