Has to sit a year..
Pulled off Wikipedia:Not sure where to ask this, but since Kofi possibly declaring is being discussed here I’ll ask it here. I was under the impression that it at least used to be that you could enter the draft just once to get feedback and then take name out and return to school. And if entered a second time you had to stay in. Is that the same as it was or was I mistaken about the limit? I ask because I noticed Ayo saying he would be hiring agent, but as I understood it since he declared last year Ayo would have to stay in if he declared now. But sounded like if he didn’t hire a agent he would have had option to withdraw name a second time.
[source]A player who declares for the draft and stays in it loses his college eligibility when he is drafted. He can sign with any agent following an evaluation from the NBA Undergraduate Advisory Committee, and if he ends up undrafted, he has the opportunity to return to his school for at least another year only after terminating all agreements with that agent, effective with the 2019 draft;[32] until 2018, college players lost their eligibility when they signed with their agents and stayed in the draft, only to be left undrafted.[33] Before 2016, the NCAA only allowed a player to enter the draft once without losing eligibility,[28] but current NCAA rules now allow players to declare for and withdraw from multiple drafts while retaining college eligibility.[29] The CBA allows a player to withdraw twice.[26]
Thanks.
Liam Robbins actually lost a ton of weight in his one year at prep school. He then went to Drake before transferring to Minnesota. He averaged like 9 PPG as a 300-point high school senior. He’s done a tremendous job of losing weight and improving his game.I kinda like this kid. No offer yet. Do these bigs that we are recruiting/or have as commits have a BK/McD/Wendy's in their town? Do these kids now days ever eat? Skinny!
Don't you mean fix the narrative to fit the pieces?Just people speculating and fitting the pieces to fit their narrative.
Man, when the reporter asked him, besides Illinois who do you like... his face went blank... he couldn't think of any other school... He really likes the Illini. "Someone besides Illinois....I'll have to check my messages" lol favorite partFor those who believe that the Mac Irvin Fire relationship is trashed in wake of Miller entering transfer portal, apparently the directive did not make it to JJ this past weekend. Check out the last two minutes or so for post-game interview where Illini come up. And take in the game highlights in the first three minutes to see why this kid is highly recruited. For those interested, pretty sure there is a full game film (50 minutes or so) out there as well.

Not a known quantity in our concept......maybe he's our 4. I don't see anybody comparing him to Kofi...we will Never see another Kofi, we've been very spoiled and stay another year please! I agreed with everything elseIf Payne is coming in as a backup, then there's not so much reason to compare him to Kofi. If he's being positioned as Kofi's replacement, it's a pretty obvious comparison. We don't know yet. And Payne can, and should, improve here, but he's no wild card. He's a known quantity.
They're just completely different players and a very different look. With Payne, you're getting a really strong defensive/shot blocking presence with limited offensive game outside of lob catching. Kofi, less strong on the shot blocking but a rebounding and post menace. Obviously Payne is nowhere near Kofi right now as an overall player but I get what the OP is saying -- just comparing pts/boards between the two isn't reflecting the whole picture. With a guy like Payne, the offensive burden tilts even more towards the 1-4 positions. If Payne is coming in as a backup, then there's not so much reason to compare him to Kofi. I believe several posters on this board just said, “challenge accepted.”Woodson getting praise for bringing back half (at least) of Indiana's prodigal portal sons.
Khristian Lander, Jordan Geronimo withdrawing from transfer portal, returning to IU
Khristian Lander, who reclassified to start playing for the Hoosiers in 2020-21, is staying for a second season in Bloomington.www.indystar.com
I know the situation isn't identical, but if Brad and Team Miller do manage to reach a rapprochement it would be hard to see it as anything other than a good thing.
Man this board was in love with Brown back in the day. I admit, I was one of them. Kid was awesome with Kofi.If Kofi stays, I really hope we can get his high school teammate Christian Brown who is transferring from Georgia.
Projected 2nd RounderIs Matt Chastain in the portal yet?
I read (on here of course) that their plan is to play pro on the same team together.Trent just posted on his Instagram story a pic of him and DMW. Could this mean that they are returning for a a 5th year?
Probably the LakersI read (on here of course) that their plan is to play pro on the same team together.

I would take Robbins in a heartbeat. He has skills for a 7 footer. Great Backup Plan if Kofi leaves.I kinda like this kid. No offer yet. Do these bigs that we are recruiting/or have as commits have a BK/McD/Wendy's in their town? Do these kids now days ever eat? Skinny!
