Maybe I'm just an unfrozen caveman lawyer, but this feels like it ends the short-lived Mennenga revival. Why would he recruit Guerrier to Oregon if he knew he was leaving and Guerrier had us as a finalist?

On a related note, I haven't yet heard back from Scarlett Johansson about spending a weekend with me in the Dells. I'm going to assume we're going until I hear otherwise.
OA and Chin finished up on Podz and Melendez for us before leaving and I think KTY was looking at both.

I'd argue they were both already committed before OA and Chin were contacted by UK. That was more a matter of not being perceived as stealing away prior commits.
I won't argue...I don't think either of us know when OA and Chin got Kentuckified.
