Any sightings of Murray? Any chance he is floored by the new renovations at Ubben and the possibility of playing with Kofi next year? Can we make a big enough impression to steer him away from Georgetown? And last of all, if it is him or Shannon who does the staff take?
That last question is the big one. Which starting lineup sounds better? Skyy, Murray, RJ, Coleman, Kofi; or Skyy, TSJ, RJ, Coleman, Kofi? Murray takes pressure off of Skyy as he can handle the ball, but TSJ has more size and experience. Tough question.

Shannon and Murray are essentially the same guy. One you get for 3 years, the other for 1. I think that makes the decision pretty easy.

That said, while you can't think this way, if you take Shannon, Murray goes to Georgetown. If you take Murray, Shannon likely goes to Michigan. Which would not be ideal.

This isn’t accurate. Shannon is a much better shooter and slasher, defensively they are pretty similar.

Awfully quiet on here. Either order was given out about info leaking or Murray visit is sealed tight and no information is available.
the insiders are well established drunks. They're busy on Saturday nights.

You're comparing a Jr Shannon to a Fr. Murray.

I'd personally take Shannon, but don't think the staff agrees.

Biggest need (I'm assuming Kofi's back and TSJ is in), by far, is an experienced PG. Preferably a one year guy. Underwood is going to have quite a balancing act on his hands regardless of who he brings in. Ramey fits the bill almost perfectly, but I question if he'd be ok with reduced minutes (and all that goes with it). He averaged 33.5 and 31.5 minutes per game the last 2 seasons.

Bingo. Lots of young talent but too many unknowns for a team with this much talent. Got to find someone like Ramey who can be steady for 15+ minutes/game to give the younger guys some runway time to develop.

I wonder if it will be a first to hop on board situation.

I’m not surprised, but it’s such a joke the players don’t get all of it.
Well, without the school, the players wouldn't be in the same position to earn it. Never made sense that the players couldn't earn, but it does make sense that the schools are involved.

It's not that complicated. First come, first serve. I can't imagine the staff told TSJ to wait on Murray decision. I am not confident about Murray but just don't get why he likes Georgetown. Ewing can lose the job before Murray is done with it.

100% agree. Georgetown needs to make a coaching change before they're at all relevant.
