I believe every day is also April 20th for pruCome on pru...isn't every day Friday for you
Is this televised somewhere?I’m just excited to watch 2 of our guys in the Jordan Brand Classic this afternoon.
Maybe we hear some news, that would be nice
Oh man...I forgot "resting Nick face" from the bench.Fair point and I agree, just want to quibble with Nick Smith. He was in the rotation until he was passed up by Ingram, and I’m sad to say he was not a great cheer leader from the bench. He had some of the worst body language I’ve ever seen, both on and off the court. So, agree with you that what you described is the perfect role for the 13th guy, but disagree that Nick Smith is a good example.
I think it looks like it will be on a YouTube stream, at leastIs this televised somewhere?
Even if there's no news today, it appears we're set up nicely for a "battle of the bands" between "Succession" and "The League"!
Skyy said in the WCIA interview he's not sure whether he's going to play in the JB Classic. Fingers crossed he does!I’m just excited to watch 2 of our guys in the Jordan Brand Classic this afternoon.

I might be wrong but didn't someone post yesterday that he did not play.Skyy said in the WCIA interview he's not sure whether he's going to play in the JB Classic. Fingers crossed he does!
The game is today - but you're correct in that someone posted he didn't practice yesterday.I might be wrong but didn't someone post yesterday that he did not play.
420 was a Jeopardy answer yesterday.I believe every day is also April 20th for pru
He didn’t participate in the practice that they had yesterday unfortunately so it doesn’t seem like he’s gonna play, but what do I know?Skyy said in the WCIA interview he's not sure whether he's going to play in the JB Classic. Fingers crossed he does!

Agreed. Nate Mast and Nick Smith were polar opposites in every way possible.Fair point and I agree, just want to quibble with Nick Smith. I expect big things today!
His scowl could cut through wood. Hence his nickname "The Chainsaw".Oh man...I forgot "resting Nick face" from the bench.
I believe he was a loud snorer , hence the Chainsaw nickname.......IIRC..............................His scowl could cut through wood. Hence his nickname "The Chainsaw".
Yeah, but we’ve been to two Final Fours (and gotten FOUR #1 seeds) since their last Final Four … I think, based on reading their boards occasionally, their psychological hurdle is just making the final weekend.Purdue has gotta be up there with us.
Arkansas has won a National Championship (and not that long ago). Even Cincinnati won two in the early 60s, but I'd discount them a bit since back then the NCAA Tournament was arguably less prestigious than the NIT.Yeah, but we’ve been to two Final Fours (and gotten FOUR #1 seeds) since their last Final Four … I think, based on reading their boards occasionally, their psychological hurdle is just making the final weekend.
With us? 2005 wasn’t THAT long ago … we’ve been to the Final Four EIGHT years more recently than Arizona, for example. But that Natty?? If we won the NC next year, we’d have 1 NC, 6 Final Fours and 32 NCAAT appearances, plus maybe a FIFTH #1 seed and our 19th Big Ten title. The lack of that NC keeps us in the neighborhood of Arkansas, Cincinnati and Oklahoma rather than Syracuse or Arizona historically, for many casual fans. Given our other VERY impressive historical stats, we’d literally jump from like 20th all-time to 12th overnight.
Add in the fact that we’ve had some heartbreaking near misses … and we WANT IT BAD!
