Will be interesting to see if the recruiting pitch the staff gives to potential transfers at the 5 involves competing for starting minutes with Dainja, and if so how it affects the quality of transfer we get at the 5.

The presence of Kofi in the lane was a good and bad thing tbh. His presence clogged up driving lanes for us and our opponents. And a 5 out team caused him trouble. 5 out works when you have 5 shooters who can also take their man off the dribble. Because the basket isn't guarded. It's why Golden State is so rediculious. 4 shooter/slashers and a world class high post passer. It's the present state of basketball. You can only overcome it with size of you get so many offensive rebounds the lack of size becomes a negative. Or the 5 out team shoots poorly.

Best of luck Adam. I seemed to be one of the few that wasn't real excited about him coming here. For a short while, it seemed like we were leading, and then all things went quiet. Not sure what happened but on the positive side we don't have renavigate the drama he had.

I think that there is a good chance that Hutch and Grandy will be back. Are there better team players available than them in the portal right now?

Good, then we can let it go with this guy and not see the 10 questions about him per day. Our coaches don't want him. There's a reason for that and I trust their assessment over anyone on this thread. They're not only building based on talent (and we have it) but also on culture and they will consider both. Clearly, there is something there that they don't think will fit.

I agree. I expect more this week. I haven't checked to see who has pulled out if the draft but some of those that did are likely to enter the portal this week before the May 1st deadline. It's hard to be patient but we should see some new names soon. I know that's what I'm very curious to see.
