Illinois Hoops Recruiting Thread

One might say, Allstars

[Illini92and96]

For Perrin, I assume? Did we arrange that for him through Brad's Kansas connections?

We need to get Ajhany Lee to transfer from St Francis. We could have a front court of Lee and Perrin. That would be saucy.

You don't like my taste and I've fallen out of flavor?

Aqua-vulva

Had a buddy in college from NYC. Pretty well-to-do parents. His mother had that upper-crust NY accent. Drove a Volvo. Everytime she referred to that car it came out as "Let's take the Vuuulvaa". Kinda think she did it on purpose

Its been two weeks without a 4 star commitment. Get back to work Brad, Chester, Tim, Greg. If you don't want any more 2023 then lets get more 2024's to commit.

Doug, Efrem, Kenny and Tony

Guess we have to give Alexander a pass on being quiet on the recruiting trail; his time has been taken up by having his first name legally changed.

He can’t go one post without misspelling or getting a name or stat or conference or where a coach coaches completely wrong

Since nothing is happening and probably won't for a while. Just curious what everyone thinks. Over/under on how long before Underwood lands a top 20 player? I say within next 4 years.

Super optimistic, but it could happen in '24 if James Brown commits and the rankings shake out favorably

Not high on this guy-- Small, weak, funny hair... doesn't fit our mold (except for the hair)

[TCTORNADO]

We will be in the Dra Gibbs sweepstakes until the end.

Looked at some highlights. Saw him jump over a kid to dunk in warmups. Drives into traffic seeking contact and finishes. Great ball handler that knocks down shots too. Seemed competitive as any on the court. Not sure what there isn’t to like?

So, he's waiting it out (til March), huh?

Also Dra deserves bonus points for de-committing from Purdue.
