Definitely not a 5 and he's not huge, legitimately about 6'8. In all likelihood a 4 at the college level.

Brown is a bit taller and more of a C, but could play PF.

6'8" with his frame as a high schooler is pretty huge to me! I didn't mean that he was 7'! I am just impressed with his frame; he isn't "skinny" like most high school recruits.

Our 5 man this year is like 6'8", so I guess you never know what will happen!

Also, JB has that fro, so are we really sure of his height? ha..

Well, for comparison, this guy was 6'5", 6'9" with the afro,, so maybe Brown's true height is 6'6" if you subtract 4 inches.

relatively short neck, so no wasted height there. Major bonus

The pundits seem to think Brown has more upside, in the latest 247 sports composite rankings Brown went up 5 spots to 27 and Morez fell 18 spots to 58. I still want them both, our staff can take Johnson's game to next level proficiency, and refine brown's even more. Not sure which has the higher ceiling, but I love where both of their floors are currently.

The staff clearly wants both. They already know how to play together, which is a huge bonus. With Morez, JB, and Hansberry we could use them somewhat interchangeably. Each guy could get 25+ minutes and allow them to stay fresh and our bigs to put a lot of pressure on opponents.

It seems we are talking highly of 4 players from Meanstreets. Didn’t think they were a dominate team in tournaments. What am I missing? Do we expect these same players to be dominate in college?

Brown is a very fundamentally sound player. He might not have as many explosive highlight plays as others.

I don't think (honestly, I don't really know for sure) many AAU teams that are full of studs are dominant. They don't truly have coaching and it isn't really about the team, so I've learned that you can't really judge and AAU team as a team, but more about judging on talent on an individual basis.
