It only enforces the toxic male culture that makes female fans feel uncomfortable and objectified on Loyalty. So, if you can’t beat them… let’s see how these fly. Unnecessary? Absolutely. Inappropriate? You bet. I’ll also be curious to see how fast these/I get banned versus the female photos left alone. Be better.

Agree that it will be interesting to see how it all plays out and recognize that a loaded roster is no guarantee of success, but do think that loaded teams and teams that work the portal to upgrade their roster will win more than their share over time.

Going into this year's tournament, the last 20 NCAA champs returned an average of 67% of the minutes played the previous season and none of those 20 champs returned less than 44% of the minutes played the previous year.

This year, UConn won the title while returning only 34% of the minutes played the prior season, less than any of the preceding 20 champs (likely more - I stopped looking) and about half of the historical average level. I suspect that was not a random occurrence, considering that UConn had 4 first year transfer players (with a combined 11 years of CBB playing experience) among their 9 player rotation that averaged double figure minutes and the proximity to the April 2021 rule changes, but we shall see...

True, and it's what I've done. But the better solution would be for him to stop posting the pics since they do offend some. I'm not even offended by the pics. Just seems like there are better places on the internet for people to go if they want to see scantily clad women (or men, though those haven't been an issue).

While it doesn’t bother me at all to simply scroll past post that I don’t like, I do find myself wondering why those pictures are even necessary on this message board.

Having said that, some of you need to just shake your head and move on if you see something that offends your sensibilities. The world doesn’t always have to cater to you and your feelings.

Do you think the women in those pictures felt objectified or empowered? I bet they felt confident and empowered.

I have to agree with LadyLoyalty on this one. While neither of these posts offend me personally, I can certainly see how it can create an uncomfortable and perhaps hostile environment. I come here for illini discourse (and occasional cottage cheese talk), but I would leave if the board ventured into political talk. It’s not unreasonable to ask that we discontinue the path toward soft core porn.

It looks like it real speed but the interpretation of when a players two steps start is changing and players are getting really good at using it to their advantage. It's basically the whole reason why the NBA has the "gather step" and not starting the count until they have definitely picked up their dribble. What looks like his first step he still has the ball in a legal dribbling position.
