Thanks - watching now. Looks like a similar story to the summary I erroneously posted earlier. Morez is stuffing the box. If I'm nit-picking it appears his only real weakness at this point is at the FT line.

One thing is for sure, from an objective, outsider perspective, I am 100% certain that zero of the teams we HOPE to be competitive with are going to be all that worried about a 6'6 Power Forward that played 17 MPG as a Freshman and averaged 3.3 points without making a three and shot 38.7 % from the line while chipping in 2.2 assists per game walking into the 2023-24 season as the Illini's starting point guard.

We won't know how it'll go until it happens but I am comfortably taking the under. Every Sophomore in the country is "in the weight room", "watching film" and practicing. That doesn't make them great choices to be the starting point guard on a team that has actual aspirations. It'd be nice if BU knows something we don't but I'm long passed the point of blind optimism and trusting Underwood for Underwood's sake. It's a zero-sum game and everybody can't be a winner.

Wow, great finish for MS. Not to beat a dead horse ( but I will anyway ), sure would like me some Nojus Indrusaitus in O&B. Harris and Stephenson would look good down here in maroon and white.

So is Morez projecting to be a one and done type talent? Or perhaps more importantly, does he have one and done expectations?

Seems like the type of talent that could get drafted based on potential alone.

I think 2 years if he wants to be a guaranteed first round pick with the way he’s currently trending …

But I had an NBA scout tell me today who watched him … Easy 1 and done … Think Jarace Walker type … Very similar to Taylor Hendricks …

So there’s varying opinions … It really depends how well he shows in conference play … Hendricks and Walker played in weak conference and really showed out …

Expectations for himself are anyone's guess. I would find it a bit unlikely to see him be a 1 and Done at this stage.
