You've hinted at the possibility of us being an option for Boswell IF he ends of leaving AZ after the season..... Does us getting Fears tomorrow change that? We'll have Rodgers, Fears, DGL...I know only one of those is a pure point, but still.
I hear his dad has a year of eligibility left. I think his growth plates are closed but if there's a scholly available, I think we should take him.
Sencire Harris says hello, too. I think we all are in for a major surprise, much as occurred with Ty Rogers this year.
Considering Boswell would be here next year and Fears is staying in 2025, I think neither Boswell nor Fears would be too concerned about that.

All moot, because I wasn't thinking and Fears won't be here next year.
Last year preseason we literally had five guys (Hawkins, Melendez, Clark, Shannon, and Mayer) in mock drafts. And Tim Anderson said that Dainja had the best skills for the NBA.

Hope so - really like Boswell - especially for this team
and can you imagine SEncire's defense next season with another year of Fletch training/conditioning and guarding TSJ in practice every day when he isn't guarding Rogers, Domask, Harmon etc.? Wonder how many Big Ten players have gone from red-shirt seasons to All Big Ten First Team on defense?
Junior Boswell would be a sweet pickup.
I’m pretty confident in Brad Underwood to put together a competitive team. It’s unrealistic to believe he can construct top 10 rosters year in and year out, buts it’s pretty consistently obvious that he’s going to get talent. Excited for this cycle, whoever might be coming.
He has a very short neck also, so a lot of true/unwasted height even though the plates are closed.

Can understand why Brad feels that way. He doesn’t play them, they leave. He plays them, they still leave. Let’s get guys that are bought in and want to win games. There will always be talent in the portal.
