Agree! I work in the big city of Olney. Good Friday football games, couple good coffee shops and hopefully two future Illini in both basketball and football. Jaylen took the area by storm in grade school while he was here.

I'm unsure why you think Goode is the difference between a tournament team or not?
If he leaves he is going to be replaced by a better player.

The goal would be to replace him with a better player, but you never know how guys pan out. If it were always a sure thing, Skyy and Epps would be tearing it up here and there would never be such a thing as a draft bust.
That is a big freshman.
I am from Olney and have talked to a few friends about him. Scuttlebutt is his family loves IL but his dream school is Duke. How many times have we heard that one over the years?

Frankly I love it. Freedom of movement is a good thing. Tearing away the power of the NCAA is a good thing. Illinois's ability to adapt to the new world being better than other teams is a good thing! The only constant in life is change... Adapt or die.
