From everything I’ve heard … He’s back …

But obviously subject to change … Just like Luke is … We’re going to be bringing in some serious talent …

Sure hope harris is back
Me too but I think it's going to depend on if he feels confident he has a significant role on the team next year. My guess is significant to him would mean at the very least 15mpg as that was his intention in redshirting and staying with the program. If he feels he's being pushed out of any significant role based on portal additions I'm not confident he stays. And if that was what Sencire were to ask Brad for, I don't think that'd be an unreasonable request. Personally, I really hope he stays. He was my favorite player last season and one of the few true beacons of pure joy that team had. I'd rather not see him do his thing in another jersey.

No matter what there is going to be some crazy turnover of the roster. Maybe the most I have ever seen for an Illini team.

Respectfuly, TSJ was very similar when he was in the portal (high NIL ask) and then when he got here (was a chucker most of last year) and TSJ is viewed as our savior around here. And despite the usage numbers for Storr, he's averaging 16 pts a game in the Big Ten playing less than 30 minutes a game. Shot 40% from 3 last year and is big physical and athletic and already know he can produce in the Big Ten.
Not really the same, even with TSJ's TTU stats Storr is much less efficient on O & does not play the same level of D.

TSJ has averaged 1.4 defensive win shares his career, Storr 0.7, TSJ took 8 attempts a game his last yr at TTU, Storr 16. TSJ eFG was 53%, Storr 48%.

TSJs numbers since coming here are still 3-5 less shots a game with more points & better D. He's at best a poor-mans TSJ, which is saying more about how good TSJ has been and less about Storr's potential. I would have liked it if we got Storr as a frosh, as a transfer it feels like there's going to be better fits.

Totally agree.
I will be extremely frustrated by the decision to redshirt him if he's leaving anyway.
He could have been the difference in several of our most disappointing losses.

Some interesting comments on WI message boards about Storr. May be sour grapes but many ready to see him go. Question his ability to shoot past10 ft.
