I'm not very well versed on Sanderson (the PG), because up until last evening I reckoned he was a near lock to Michigan. He's a nice player, but he's not gonna unseat Fears (if he comes to Illinois).

The Fletch/Sanderson combo should be extremely well received. Vibes, man!
That would very Dee/Deron. Sure hope it happens, but certainly not counting on it. Besides, Jase/Fears could very well turn out that way, as well.

Sanderson is a ‘26 and Fears is a ‘25. Fears may be gone by the time Sanderson arrives. Even if Fears stays 2 years, Sanderson isn’t some 5 star recruit that’s going to start at PG as a Freshman for a top tier P5 program.

Fears seems like a two year guy at least. Heck, Ayo stayed 3 years. Could end up paying together two years if he came.

Since this got my wheels turning: the most Baby Boomer basketball player was Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, the most Gen X basketball player was Allen Iverson and the most Millennial basketball player is Kevin Durant.

<1 A/T, 29% on 7 3PA a game seems rough against Southern Conf competition

Gotta trust the staff I guess
Good free throw shooter(80%+ last two years on high volume) and shot 36% on 5 attempts a game last year.

Furman lost a ton of talent in Bothwell and Slawson and Foster has been forced into a top guy role instead of a 4th option.

Big strong guard that will be in his 6th year of college basketball. Seems like he would be a good role player.

Now that Howard is out any chance Sandman goes back to Michigan? The way that played out feels like a bridge burned to the ground.

Most Gen X was Christian Laetner. Looked like Luke Perry and always looked like he didn't care.

If he's playing the Harmon/Feliz role I'm in.

If he's supposed to be your 3rd option Im concerned
