Sorry Indy , my friend , but this is where you and I will just have to disagree.........To me , there is little upside on signing Storr.....

what would lead you to believe that Storr will ever buy in anywhere ?.........Gard and Self are seasoned coaches at P5 programs and at wisky anyone could see it wasn't a good fit no matter what Storr scored or what level of acclaim he ascended to all conference wise.....too many games that I saw Storr come out of the game and was shaking his head and never went down the bench slapping hands....he just sat down at the first vacant chair and seemed in his own little world , all about me , myself and I......

It's a joke what his season was like at KU..... that was a set up for his coming out party...HOF coach.......veteran roster....crazy fans....the big time , as they say........what happened there ??....selfish play got him limited minutes.......I don't remember him starting much at all.......KU had one of their worst seasons in a very long time.......of course huntie baby played a big part in that , but I suspect Storr was not an angel when it came to fitting in....

Finally , would you buy something " ON SALE " even though the downside is toxic and detrimental to your health ????

RISK / REWARD is way to risky for me and I would pass , especially with our NIL $$$ so precious ...........JMHO..............

I don’t think being a top 5 player in the portal this early is super impressive for what it’s worth. I think when it’s all said and done he’ll be in the 20-30 range… once again he was hardly a top 3 player on his own TEAM last year. Like Indy said- I wouldn’t even pay him 1 million

100%. We will wind up with really good players when all is said and done. If one of them is year 2 of Tomislav Ivisic, I like our chances going into next season.

He was on my dream list a month before the portal opened. That turned into ‘we have a chance’. If we get him…. my record is clean! well other than a “Dix” joke. But how can ya not do that right?

I don't get blowing your load on Dix either.

Gotta be patient. There's gonna be guys that declare for draft, get their feedback and come back. Plus possible some guys reclass/de-commit. Which worked out pretty well with Riley and that stud from Oklahoma that's going to be a lotto pick in this upcoming NBA draft.

to be fair though, that money bought KSU a 16-17 record and 9th place in a weak conference with no post season. So can't argue it wasn't worth it.

I'm not liking the relative silence. My best bet is things have gone south on Dix and we're looking at other options. Also, uneasy on the Sarr front.

I feel like we're still good on both Ivisics and therefore should have a solid team. But we still lacking a shooter and a goto bucket getter.

Luckily it's still early in the portal season and I'm assuming we'll hear more targets soon.
