A few points: This is the legal case by 2 students, it says they will appeal so it may not be over yet. However, I have a bit of a hard time sympathizing with the students very much, you take a fake class & you should of figured it out fairly quickly. At that point the student needs to own some of this.
the bigger question is where is the NCAA on this, haven't heard much lately, latest bit I see on a quick google search says process is delayed from new information & may carry out to mid year. Sounds a bit convenient from the quote.
