It is nice to see that our team doesn't give up. ... But disturbing that they bring no intensity to start the game.

Is it sad that I don't care anymore? At this point I'm not even upset about losses because I feel it's another step towards the change that is needed. An NCAA tournament berth in a year when the Big Ten was down would have been nothing special, in my opinion, so I think this is all for the better.
It is also nice to see JCL hit a few shots and Kipper play well. On the other hand, Abrams, Tate, Thorne? What exactly are they contributing?

We give effort all the time. It only makes a damn bit of difference when the other team is busy wrapping their hands around their throat.

Well since we lost this one in the first half, tonight's post game thread will continue to be "we always come out so flat."
Nights we lead at half and have a PSU meltdown in the 2nd half, "Groce makes no adjustments and continues to get out coached."

Could it be that Groce has everything so analyzed/planned that everyone is trying to follow some script. They just need to come out and play like their hair is on fire which is what they started to do in the second half.
