Nado did not want to throw that ball to Gorman again. Wanted to tag and then throw. Doesn't trust him at 2nd and I don't blame. He either won't field it over there or he will have a sh*t throw to first.

Cardinals had 16 hits and scored 7 runs and lost .....that says it all about whats wrong with this seasons roster..............Mo blew it as far as assembling this pitching staff roster.......i don't know enough about Dusty Blake as the pitching coach to say he is a culprit , but Marmol doesn't know how to use the bullpen at all...............JMHO
I am excited for next season if we get pitching. Gorman, Walker, Winn, Nootbaar, Goldy and Arenado. Other names can be thrown around.
If Cardinals can't sign guys on FA year than they need to move them. Includes starters and Hicks if no extension. Need all the extra pieces we can get to form a pitching staff next season....starters and bullpen

That is why I mentioned other names can be thrown around. Donovan, Edman, etc are good players. Cards have a core group of players is the main point.
They need to trade away the guys not bringing back plus few others and get a head start on that pitching staff for next season.

I think there is zero chance Walker or Gorman for Gilbert is or would be a thing. With that being said, and not because of last night, Gorman needs some serious work at 2nd if he is to stay there long term.
