THAT'S A WINNER!!!!

Cardinals even up the series against Cleveland with a laborious 6-5 victory, highlighted by a Jordan Walker home run and Ryan Helsley's 46th save....

The rest is just rabble rabble rabble....

How nice would it have been to capitalize on JoJo Romeros good first half and traded him while he was worth something?

I admit I have had the same thoughts about him over the last month or so.....Seems to me that his control has declined and he is leaving more hittable balls in the strike zone .....
JMHO....

Cardinals win the rubber game of the series with Cleveland by a 2-1 margin today..

Pallante with 7 innings of 1 hit baseball for another quality start....

Helsley closing in on the Cardinals season save record with his 47th save....only one behind Rosenthal's record of 48......

Reds give Cardinals perfect excuse to fire Oli Marmol with latest move

Would David Bell be a good manager for St Lou? He is 409-456 an average of .473 for Cincy. Granted it was Cincy but still in his best season they only won 83 games. I don't see where he elevates the team to play up to or better than their potential. We've had that in spades since Tony left. It's simply changing the number and name on the manager's jersey that they no longer are wearing.

I would think that if Marmol is canned that the Cardinals would have Skip Schumaker at the top of their list..................JMHO....

Glad I'm not there tonight. Looks like i would be very frustrated.

Ended up passing on buying tickets this year. First time since 2014 or 2015 that we didn't go to a game.
