This is a he said she said with what I gather is NO evidence and again…would never have been charged in MY personal opinion. This is why people sometimes lose faith in our justice system. I feel so awful for TJ and I pray he gets justice and the courts here in Champaign county do the right thing and grant his motion Wednesday. I agree with his attorneys stance that this will cause irreparable damage if this continues. I for one think this motion will be granted Wednesday.

It seems…insane to me. I could be reading it wrong, but the way it all reads to me is he has a woman in one arm, is in front of the alleged victim, reaches around the alleged victim (and almost certainly down due to TJs height) while still holding onto the other woman. He then probably has to bend down or lean into the alleged victim and if he is, he’s doing it while maintaining his arm around the other woman.

I just…idk. It seems incredibly unlikely.

Does the video evidence not corroborate because there are no videos in that room but they show both TSJ and this woman entering and leaving at overlapping times? Or because there ARE videos in the room and they literally never show them interacting? Those are two very different things.

Um. how the heck this does happen? TSJ had one arm another lady.. the other hand doing some type of magic lock picking without anyone noticing... It must be a super short skirt. In my limited experience, this is not easy...

One would think that a 6'6" person standing next to a local celebrity (KU player) would be incredibly conspicuous. And his height would make it more difficult to do what she claimed without anyone noticing.

Perhaps I missed it in the report, but the friend said she saw nothing. What I'm curious about is if she saw the 6'6" Shannon. Under the description, I guess I can understand her not seeing what happened. But "Did you notice a big black guy standing next to your friend?" seems like an obvious question.

You're assuming things about their positioning and her build. His wing span is long enough that it's possible for a woman that's of at least average height.

I think it's a carefully considered omission.

From what I read, it doesn't sound like there's any evidence (video, DNA, physical, or eyewitness) to say they were together. If I were in his shoes and there wasn't anything linking me to her, I wouldn't admit to anything either. It only muddies the waters for a jury if it goes to trial. It's a lot easier to pull a Shaggy and say, "She says it was me, but she had to do an internet search and there's no other evidence of me being near her. It wasn't me."
