I think that’s why everything is being leaked. There’s no actual evidence a crime has been committed but are still suspending him.The panel has their hands tied in my opinion. They can’t act before the judicial system does, even if it’s right. They would be crucified
And the "detective" that wrote this spelled "wave" as "waive" TWICE in the same paragraph. The whole thing is a mess - they state Friday September 7th. How about they get the dates right first
I just read the the sworn affidavit filed by the police. The risk of that happening is very low.Consider a scenario where this order is granted, TSJ plays, and then a week later new evidence comes to light that is not favorable to TSJ. .
Almost certainly speculation. Based on what’s been released, they interacted for 1 minute and never even exchanged names let alone phone numbers. What about the alleged texts between TJ and her? Or was that just part of the speculation.
My question is unless she has eyes in the back of her head, how in the hell does she know who did it. Could have even been the girl. You're assuming things about their positioning and her build. His wing span is long enough that it's possible for a woman that's of at least average height.
Well, that would constitute a series of legal and ethical violations so … lets trust that won’t happen.I would assume that there are people associated with UI that could run it by people in the court system (off the record) prior to filing.
I would love to hear what either the girl on his "other arm," or other guy at Shannon's side, has to say about the minute-long encounter.View attachment 30020

Um. how the heck this does happen? TSJ had one arm another lady.. the other hand doing some type of magic lock picking without anyone noticing... It must be a super short skirt. In my limited experience, this is not easy...
I call BS on this otherwise, TSJ should be the next Harry Houdini!
I didn't see anything in the report that made me say, "No way. That didn't happen." It all seemed plausible to me. Crowded bar. Drunk people everywhere. Loud music and confusion. Fear. Disbelief. I can see a scenario where this happens.
I can also see a scenario where, as hard as it may be to believe (sarcasm), that some young lady in Kansas doesn't know who a certain college athlete may be and does have to try to use pictures to identify them. Again, not really out of the realm of possibility and doesn't point to some grand conspiracy.
Bringing the charges they did with what appears to be a complete lack of evidence seems like a case built on a very shaky foundation.
Like you said, it's going to be interesting to see how it plays out.
I worked at Ted's Warehouse while in grad school at EIU and on busy nights, we'd switch to plastic glasses fairly early in the evening to let people leave with their drinks (even though that was probably not legal)I also find it a little curious on item 6. Nothing airtight by any means but just a little strange.
If the girls were leaving the bar and at the door, then turned allegedly turned around to go back to TJ - how did she have a drink in her hand (and a cell phone in the other)?
I've definitely left a bar with a drink before. I've also definitely chugged a drink on my way out and handed the glass to the bouncer. But - if youre in a crowded bar where you can't move its usually hard as hell to get a drink. And when my drink is gone and I can't get another - that's usually my cue to leave.
Like I said - not airtight, but definitely curious.
I maintain hope all is well, but I'm getting a sinking feeling this is going to get ugly
Hunter?could the KU player she claims was next to TSJ have been McCullar Jr? They would have played together at Texas Tech
It should get ugly. There is no due process, no presumption of innocence, no fact finding and no accountability. If you read the complaint, UUIC already has a policy featuring all of these protections for these situations but the DIA goes illegally beyond the student policy.

My daughter goes to youth group at the warehouse on sunday evenings...has nothing to do with this thread but Ted's has changed!I worked at Ted's Warehouse while in grad school at EIU and on busy nights, we'd switch to plastic glasses fairly early in the evening to let people leave with their drinks (even though that was probably not legal)
That would require her to have TJ's phone number. How would she get that exactly? KU cops give it to her? What about the alleged texts between TJ and her? Or was that just part of the speculation.
I thought it was stated at one point that it was social media DMs. I might be misremembering. That would require her to have TJ's phone number. How would she get that exactly? KU cops give it to her?
So TSJ "friended" her? I'm confusedI thought it was stated at one point that it was social media DMs. I might be misremembering.
Right. Had not seen TSJ's complaint listing them.BOT and the president are listed as to who the injunction would go to.
