So long as MSU beats Purdue, it's going to be the Nebraska tiebreaker. Head to head we'd be even. Both of us would be 1-1 against NW and MSU, both are also undefeated against Wisconsin (and Iowa and Minn if insanity happens). But Nebraska we are undefeated against whereas Purdue is 0-1. As such, they are the highest seeded team that has a difference and that difference is in our favor. So if MSU beats Purdue, and we win out, we will be the 1 seed.
