I feel like all of these denied waiver requests took place before the NCAA got spanked in court in the 'sitting out a year when you've already used your free transfer' case. I think the NCAA may have recognized the change in the environment and we may find them much more permissive as they try to avoid further litigation. The cash cow is dying, but there is still milk to be had!

The Cam Spencer thing was from three days ago.

The weird thing about that, since when can you apply for these waivers in the middle of the season? Domask should apply now if that's the case.

Blink twice if two of those names are Darcus Momask and Serrance Thannon Jr.

I was going to to extend the joke to include Coleman but his name is borderline for this site playing this game.
Any Loyalty member who is an aspiring adult film actor just got a name that's pure gold.

I hope DGL doesn’t leave for the portal. I think he is going to play a lot next year. Like CoHawk.Follow the process.
  • Four-star guard ranked No. 108 by Rivals150, No. 119 by On3 Industry, No. 134 by 247Sports Composite, No. 143 by Top247, and No. 151 by On3
  • Averaged 18.2 points, 2.1 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 1.8 steals in the Nike EYBL, shooting 48% from the field and 37% from three
  • Named MVP of the EYBL Indy session by The Circuit after averaging 21 points, 2.8 assists and 2.4 rebounds

Have not seen enough of him this year to make a judgement
His nonverbals have not been good, but difficult to have 'happy feet' when your on the bench
Pretty likely a player from the portal will play the point
DGL, Harris, Morarrti, Butler and another guard from portal vie for second guard?
5 players leaving via graduation
Wide open competition for starting positions.

I have my popcorn ready. Last year was was interesting see how the offseason played out

I think the biggest thing is not to get too down if a player we like leaves and don’t think a transfer will win us a championship

Transfers that I thought wouldn’t turn out good turned out better than I expected. If you would have told me Caleb Love is going to leave UNC and go to Arizona and both teams will be a 1/2 seed I would have said I don’t believe you. I would have also had thought WVU would have done a lot better

When a kid gets out of his NLI … He knows where he’s going 95% of the time …

And IU is also legit going to lose their entire team in the portal …
How on earth did they think it was the right call to keep Woodsen? What do you think has led to the dysfunction for that team this year and obviously now with their losing a big time recruit?

Ha!
Well, Miller and Curbelo had both been told they couldn't play this year until the judge said anyone who was sitting because they'd transferred twice was now eligible. Perhaps there is some thing similar in the works, where a policy change or policy injunction is on the horizon. Just grabbing at straws now because, as is so often the case with the NCAA at this point, it doesn't make a lot of sense.

Couple of pretty good players are interested in coming to the beloved. Keep an eye on who enters the portal in a couple of weeks. Let's make a final 4 run in the meantime
It feels like the key to next year is getting a stud PG & another wing that can score buckets and a stretch 4 that can shoot it and stretch the d.
We have a lot of other pieces.

So is this just based on that Domask wants to return? Because the NCAA has to allow him to return too, you know. And his situation reflects a fact pattern not typically granted. Ill believe it when I see it
