Totally agree.
I will be extremely frustrated by the decision to redshirt him if he's leaving anyway.
He could have been the difference in several of our most disappointing losses.

that decision was not made by staff.

fully concur that it will be frustrating if he bolts. that said, having the freedom to do what one wants (as long as it isn't harming anyone), is a good thing. obviously, Harris loves the program. but if his path to decent tick is blocked or probably blocked, he's gotta do what's best for him

Creighton and Illinois should be the top 2. Creighton is home, Illinois has more $

I don't disagree with anything you've said, except for the fact that I assume that the decision to redshirt was presumably discussed with (and eventually approved by) the staff.

Harris should have done what he believed to be the best course of action then, and he should do the same now. But in my view (obviously with the benefit of hindsight, but I also felt this way at the start of the season) he could have been a very important and meaningful contributor to this team this year, even without playing extended minutes every game. I strongly believe that his defensive presence would have prevented at least one of our losses.

I like the kids game and potential … But it’s a pass for me …

I’m not so sure he’s the best fit for Brad … Have heard some things … Last nights game I saw some things … Just don’t think he’d gel very well …
I have watch Wisky alot this year because for reason I like watching Gards team play. But Storr to me never fit into his type of players. To me he is a more athletic Mayer. He wants the ball and does not want to share it. It seems to be all about him and his numbers.

That is the one great thing to me about our team this year, they seem to know 5 against 5 works better then 1 vs. 5

Sometimes at that age you don't know what's best for you, Adam Miller comes to mind. Sometimes you do,, Coleman Hawkins comes to mind

Those two guys you named ...

Difference between a parent who knows and understands the process and the game versus a parent who is just in it for the money and not what's best long term for the kid ...

That's just my opinion though ... Have a ton of respect for Coleman's Dad/family and how they have helped Coleman through his entire basketball journey ...

Brad is gradually proving himself to be an excellent developmental coach. I think the smart kids and parents are starting to see that. Combine that with well above average NIL resources, and that's a tough combo to beat.

Wrong saint?
Yes this was a fail, plus I used misses / rebounds twice. I knew the right saint but saw this and got distracted. I sentence myself to two hours watching Iowa football offensive strategy videos and a fine to be donated to ICON.

How about: Creighton wants Saint Thomas, but Illinois wants

You don't think Morez can play the four?
Both of them have similar games,Morez is more athletic, and from watching Summerville he needs better conditioning cause he can’t run up and down the court. I will rather have a mobile 5 with consistent outside shots to complement our style of play.
